Stayed with some relatives over New Years. Had a great time.
One evening I had a massive panic though. For some reason when I left to get a drink I got it in my head that they all started talking about me which made me freak out. To make it worse it then dawned on me how self-centred it was to think this, so I then started panicking that I was being too self-centred. This then moved on to me thinking they were talking about how self-centred I am. And so the vicious circle continued…
I ended up just going to lie in bed and listen to some music.
Oh joy.
